Minalu Recycled Tin Earrings - Style #8
Rebecca Reynolds (Minalu) is a jewelry artist currently based in Phillipsburg, NJ. She has studied silverwork, stone setting, and enameling. Lately, she has discovered the joy of constructing jewelry with stashed or upcycled materials: used or vintage tin, old jewelry components, and beads. Any flaws in the tin should be considered part of the design. Ear wires are sterling silver, niobium (hypoallergenic), or gold-filled, a thick layer of 14k gold bonded to a brass core; the gold will last for many years.
